High Efficiency Impeller / Agitator for Energy Savings

Our Rotofoil® agitator is remarkably popular in Europe where energy costs are very high. Admittedly, agitators are readily available from suppliers everywhere, so you might wonder what makes ours so unique? The Admix Rotofoil® is not your average agitator. We’ve engineered the impeller so that it provides not only excellent mixing performance, but it does so at a significantly reduced power consumption.

The tables below show the performance of the Rotofoil® impeller compared to other types of impellers.  All the impellers have four blades, and the rotational speeds are identical.  The diameters of these impellers differ because they were chosen to provide similar pumping capacities, i.e., the flow generated by the impellers to mix a tank.
