Field Service Representative: Reporting to the VP of Manufacturing Operations, the primary responsibility of this position is to work with customers on issues that arise regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of our equipment. Both domestic and international on-site service and support is required (approximately 75%). This role requires working with all departments to support our customer’s technical equipment needs and your approach to aftermarket services must be proactive.
