About Admix | Employee Owned

Employee Owned, Customer Focused

Admix is 100% employee owned through an employee stock ownership plan. As customers, prospects and partners of Admix, we hope that when you communicate with our employee owners, you sense the commitment and desire that we all have to serve you.  We know that our success as a company is dependent on customer satisfaction.

What Employee Ownership means to our Customers

It is our goal to ensure that working with Admix is an extremely positive experience for our customers. Whether inquiring about quotes, equipment testing prior to purchasing, or calling for customer service or process assistance, we are 100% committed to providing the very best service. Our dedication to continuous improvement, attention to detail, responsiveness and ensuring that our customers come first every step of the way is what sets us apart.

What Employee Ownership means to our Employees

As employee owners we have a personal stake in the company, taking a great interest day-to-day operations and growth initiatives. Personal satisfaction comes from knowing more about the company as employee owners, and being better informed creates a better work environment. Everything we do and how we interact with each other is built on our strong value system and culture of fairness, respect, trust, accountability, and teamwork. We take pride in what we do, celebrating our successes and learning from difficulties.

In addition to a company matching 401K retirement plan, the company distributes a percentage of shares to each employee annually, in the form of an ESOP retirement account (at no cost to employee-owners). These programs provide a substantial retirement base for the long-term benefit of employees.

What Employee Ownership means to our Community

Our work ethic and corporate culture extend to our families and our community.  Our corporate giving and employee volunteer efforts have been an instrumental part of our entrepreneurial spirit throughout the community since our founding in 1989.
