Diatint CX Industrial Mixer for Mobile Containers

The Diatint is ideal for mixing and homogenizing liquid and viscous products in tote containers up to 1200 litres gross volume. It is designed to be mounted to the floor or wall, and to meet your production needs, the Diatint can be delivered with a fixed speed operation or a variable speed operation. Variable speed drive types inherently cut energy usage and allow the operator to adjust the mixing speed from gentle to vigorous as required. With operator safety in mind, we equip the Diatint with safety features that facilitate greater protection during use of the mixer.

This robust machine requires little to no maintenance and is built to last many decades without issues. Only cleaning of the mixing shaft is recommended.

• Electrohydraulic lifting and lowering (lifting height 1300 mm)
• Safety cut-out switch ensures machine is only run with fastened container
• Safety cut-out switch ensures mixing head is not raised above container edge during operation
• Control panel, enclosure IP 65, mounted on the machine, with the following functions:
• Shaft guard made of stainless steel, mounted on the casing
• Electric switchboard mounted in a cabinet, built in fan cooling, enclosure IP 55, with the frequency converter in IP 21 enclosure, mounted on a frame, for placing in a dust free nonexplosive area.
• Optional digital instrument for readout of the revolutions
