Visiting our testing facility creates the ideal opportunity to evaluate the performance of Admix equipment on your individual process. We offer a fully confidential environment and work with you to identify possible improvements in your current processing methods. Our state-of-the-art technology center is equipped to handle most customer mixing or wet milling challenges. We’re conveniently located just minutes from a major airport making it easy for you to come by and witness a test. With our streamlined equipment set-up and enhanced analytical capabilities, you will benefit from a thorough awareness of product attributes that you may not already have which will allow you to better categorize your end product results. For example, you can readily determine which viscosity created improved mouthfeel. You may even conclude that new equipment is not required and that optimal results can be achieved with just a simple change in your current processing methods.

Don't stop at simply testing equipment performance. . . Admix will also conduct comparative measuring and analysis to evaluate product characteristics such as droplet and particle size, viscosity, emulsion consistency, specific gravity and flow rates. His strong background in quality assurance brings a unique perspective and in-depth knowledge guaranteed to add a new dimension to your testing experience. Skip graduated with a degree in biology and launched his career as an Organic Chemist with a PVC footwear company where he worked with vinyl sheet stock and decorative coatings. His quality assurance experience began in the beverage industry as Quality Control Manager for Coca Cola. Prior to joining Admix over three years ago, Skip was the Director of Quality and Sanitation for a dairy processor with an emphasis on yogurt manufacturing.

Can't make it our lab? Maybe your schedule is too full or it's too costly to travel. We recognize the importance of pre-testing and will gladly conduct confidential testing for you. It's easy for you to see a verbatim application of your process and our mixers by simply requesting a video of your test along with analysis reports and samples of your product results.
